Privacy

Ready2Kick is a simple site. Here is, in plain words, what we count, what we keep and who else is involved.

No cookies

We don't use cookies.

Anonymous usage counts

We count anonymous usage: which searches are made, which sessions and academies are viewed, and which contact buttons are tapped. A search records the details used: your child's age, day, time, area, level, filters and sort, plus how many results came back. Viewing a session records the age that was searched for. These aren't names or contact details, but they are search details.

Changes to filters, taps on alternative sessions, and taps on an academy's website or Instagram are counted in the same way.

Two anonymous random IDs let us connect those steps. One is kept in your browser and resets every 30 days; you can also clear it at any time by clearing this site's data. The other is a short-lived search ID kept in the browser tab, which is cleared when you close the tab.

The 30-day reset applies only to the ID in your browser. It doesn't delete anything we have already stored. We currently keep the usage counts and reports we've collected. We'll set a fixed retention period for them before this site is publicly launched.

We don't collect your name, phone number or email through usage counting, and our usage counts don't store IP addresses.

We record which kind of site sent you here (for example Google, an AI assistant or Facebook) and, if you followed one of our tagged links, the campaign label in it — but never the address of the page you came from.

When you send a report, we also count that a report was sent (its kind and the page). We don't put what you wrote, or your email, in the usage counts.

If you send us a report

Reports are stored in our database. If you tell us about a mistake and choose to give your email, we keep it only with that report, so we can reply if needed. It isn't linked to the usage counts.

Contacting an academy

Contacting an academy happens in WhatsApp, or on the academy's own website or form. We don't see those messages.

The WhatsApp message includes a short reference code. The same code is recorded in our anonymous usage counts so we can tell an enquiry came from this site. An academy that shares that code with us could link the enquiry to the anonymous browsing that led to it.

Where data is kept

Usage counts and reports are stored with our database provider (Supabase) in Japan. The site is hosted on Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and operations. Our own usage counts don't store them.
